Our business model starts with this already in origins, where we enter into partnerships with local farmers and cooperatives to build a better life together. In this, we are closely involved to actually make an impact.

Everything starts with treating what nature has to offer us, and the people we work with, with respect. At every step we take, we are transparent about our intentions. We take responsibility for our actions and are a reliable partner who does business honestly. Clients recognise passion and entrepreneurship in our people. From this, the most valuable relationships and the finest products are born.

In our case, these are products like cashew nuts, quinoa, sultanas and cocoa nibs. From farm to fork, together with professionals from all over the world, we lovingly work on these products. This is how we deliver healthy products to enjoy every day.

We want to give as many farmers, factory workers and others involved in the value chain who are currently in a vulnerable situation due to low income and poor working conditions the prospect of a better life. We therefore ensure that they can live from their work and invest in a sustainable future for their business, their children and the community.

Step by step, this improves productivity, product quality, the eco-system and infrastructure. There is more focus on sustainable production and eco-friendly cultivation. And space is created for developing community projects, such as education and healthcare. The pooling of strength and knowledge within the Monchy Food Company makes it possible to take quick steps in the right direction.

For future generations, it is imperative that value chains become more sustainable than they often are then. From our Fair Treat Philosophy, we support communities with training and a good income. We promote this sustainability throughout the chain. That is what we mean by source well, treat well.
