Alles begint met het respectvol behandelen van wat de natuur ons te bieden heeft, en de mensen waarmee wordt samengewerkt. Bij elke stap die we zetten zijn we transparant<\/strong> over onze intenties. In ons geval zijn dat producten als cashewnoten, quinoa, rozijnen en cacao nibs. Van boer tot bord werken we, samen met vakmensen uit de hele wereld, met veel liefde aan deze producten. Zo leveren we dagelijks gezonde producten om van te genieten.<\/p>

We willen zoveel mogelijk boeren, fabriekswerkers en andere betrokkenen in de waardeketen die nu nog in een kwetsbare situatie zitten door laag inkomen en slechte werkomstandigheden zicht geven op een beter leven. We zorgen er daarom voor dat zij kunnen leven van hun werk en kunnen investeren in een duurzame toekomst voor hun onderneming, hun kinderen en de gemeenschap.<\/p>

Stapsgewijs verbetert daarmee de productiviteit, de kwaliteit van producten, het eco-systeem en de infrastructuur. Er is meer aandacht voor duurzame productie en milieuvriendelijke teelt. En er ontstaat ruimte voor het ontwikkelen van gemeenschapsprojecten, zoals onderwijs en gezondheidszorg. De bundeling van kracht en kennis binnen de Monchy Food Company maakt het mogelijk om snel stappen te zetten in de goede richting.<\/p>

Voor de toekomstige generaties is het noodzakelijk dat waardeketens duurzamer worden dan ze dan vaak zijn.
